Quick Start Classroom Instruction
The Quick Start classroom curriculum was designed to cover the “nuts and bolts” of a personal chef service in a comfortable, time-efficient, high-intensity learning environment. You’ll begin with an in-depth review of the Professional Personal Chef Reference Manual just like you would review a recipe – one ingredient at a time. Then your instructors will conduct in-depth discussions of the administration, operations and marketing of a personal chef service with an emphasis on your particular situation. Upon completion of the two days of classroom instruction you’ll have a thorough understanding of a personal chef service business and how you can apply the learned methods and techniques to your particular situation.

A detailed review of the Professional Personal Chef Reference Manual followed by discussions on the operational aspects of successful personal chef service businesses.
Day Two
Detailed discussions on the administration of a personal chef service business followed by a complete review of marketing a personal chef service business including developing a marketing plan, marketing strategies, methods, techniques and exercises of successful marketing emphasizing participant specific situations.
This course will prepare individuals, who have an intimate knowledge of cooking and culinary skills, and are looking for business specific knowledge to start their own personal chef service in a time-efficient manner.
