Classroom InstructionThe classroom instruction you receive as an undergraduate participant is the "secret ingredient" that makes this course your recipe for success.

The comfortable classrooms and efficient spacious practicable exercise areas were specifically designed and dedicated to meet the needs of Personal Chefs in a high-intensity learning environment. Your instructors will cover in detail all aspects of being a successful Personal Chef in an informative, entertaining format.

The course consists of focused classroom instruction plus hands-on packaging & freezing exercises

  • Day One

    4 classroom hours of culinary review including culinary exam and 6 classroom hours of basic operations of a personal chef service business.

  • Day Two

    4 hours of practical exercises including knife skills, complex multi-step recipe preparation and 6 classroom hours of client sales presentations and exercises.

  • Day Three

    5 hours of practical exercises culminating with completion of an actual client service and 5 classroom hours of menu creation exercises including operations exam.

  • Day Four

    5 hours of practical exercises in freezing & packaging techniques and 5 classroom hours of administration of a personal chef service business including licensing and taxes.

  • Day Five

    10 classroom hours of marketing a personal chef service business including administration and marketing exam.

This course will prepare individuals, who have an intimate knowledge of cooking as well as applicable culinary skills, on how to start and operate their own Personal Chef Service. With dedicated facilities and Certified Personal Chefs as instructors, you can be assured of the most complete and comprehensive Personal Chef education available anywhere.
