Chef Gail KenagyFor the past 24 years, Chef Gail has built her career as a gourmet chef, working for private clients, special events and donating her services to charities in the San Francisco Bay Area and throughout California. In March, 2008, Gail, a Certified Personal Chef, took her Personal Chef business to a whole new level by becoming the CEO of the Culinary Business Academy. To further her passion for "changing the way America eats" and assisting her fellow personal chefs in developing their businesses, Gail has moved from providing daily meals for a variety of clients in the Bay Area, to guiding and energizing the Personal Chef industry and developing new and innovative training materials for existing personal chefs, as well as those interested in becoming a Personal Chef.

Chef Cathy Luce-Marella, CPC

Atlanta, GA

Chef Cathy Luce Cathy is the director of the Culinary Business Academy Georgia campus and is a Certified Personal Chef. She is the owner of "Magical Meals Personal Chef Service" in Decatur, GA. In January of 1997, Cathy left a career as a technology consultant with Coopers & Lybrand Consulting to follow her true passions - cooking and teaching. She graduated from the Culinary Business Academy in 1997 and began her wonderful journey as a personal chef. In 1999, she was awarded the "Golden Wisk Trainer of the Year."

Chef Wendy Gauthier, CPC

Chef Wendy GauthierWendy is a Certified Personal Chef and is the owner of "Chef Chic Personal Chef and Catering Service" in Tucson, Arizona. She is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and graduated from the Culinary Business Academy in 2001. Wendy provides cooking classes and dinner parties in addition to her regular Personal Chef Service. She has achieved numerous awards, the most recent was from NAWBO in Tucson, Arizona as 2009 Business Women Owner of the Year.

Chef Debra Cantrell, CPC

Fort Worth, TX

Chef Debra CantrellDebra is a Certified Personal Chef and is the owner of "Savor Personal Chef Service" located in Fort Worth, TX. Debra graduated from the Culinary Business Academy in 2003 and has a background in catering, as a restaurateur and in physical therapy. Debra teaches healthy cooking classes and volunteers her time and talents for various charity organizations dedicated to healthy food resources and creation.

Pittsburgh, PA

Tim HeringTim is a Certified Personal Chef and is the owner of "Dinner Magician Personal Chef Service" as well as the Marketing Director for "Soap Alchemy, Natural, Hand Crafted Soap Co.", based near Pittsburgh, PA. He graduated from the Culinary Business Academy in 2008 and attended the Pennsylvania Culinary Institute and has worked in food service for the better part of 27 years, both as a chef and a general manager. He also teaches the Little Chef’s Family Cooking Class at his local YMCA as well as other classes in the region.

Chef Cal Kraft, CPC

Tim HeringCal is the lead instructor for the Culinary Business Academy’s Dinner Parties for Fun and Profit nation wide. He is a Certified Personal Chef and is the owner of "Dinner Is Served Personal Chef Service, LLC". He worked in the corporate world of the travel and hospitality industry, from flying the friendly skies, to Director of Customer Relations at Amtrak, to Regional Vice President for the Council of Better Business Bureaus. He retired in 1995 to pursue his interest in both cooking and running a country inn. Starting in 1995, he created culinary magic night after night at the Bailiwick Inn in Fairfax, Virginia. He graduated from the Culinary Business Academy in 2000 and has been cheffing for dinner parties ever since.
